Starting in high school, Mohamed’s philanthropic aspirations and leadership qualities have guided him throughout his career. Experience in the U.S. corporate environment as well as in the legal setting abroad give him a unique skill set to address today’s legal issues.

After receiving an award for outstanding community service by the California State Senate in high school, Mohamed would continue to hold dear his philanthropic aspirations throughout his legal career. Mr. Eldessouky received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology Law and Society from the University of California Irvine in 2008. During his time at UCI, Mr. Eldessouky was heavily involved with his campus where he served as Student Body President and was the founder of several student organizations including Students with Entrepreneurial Talents and Ambitions. Beyond taking leadership roles within campus originations, Mohamed also instructed both college students and high school students.

Immediately after completion of his degree Mr. Eldessouky went to work for the American Leadership Academy where he organized seminars and workshops with Fortune 500 executives in order to provide college students with valuable skills with regards to time management and leadership. Following his term at ALA, Mohamed chose to obtain corporate experience before attending graduate school. Working for the largest real estate company in the country, Mohamed was able to understand the complexity of inter office workings and corporate relations.

During his time at University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, Mr. Eldessouky was able to explore the various fields of law through work on both the domestic and international level.

Since starting law school Mr. Eldessouky has continued his focus towards international law and spent his entire first-year summer abroad. Mr. Eldessouky was employed by the University of Parma, in Italy, where he researched comparative law and served as a committee member for a branch of the European Center for Continuing Legal Education. Also during his time in Parma Mr. Eldessouky helped write a paper for the World Bank regarding expert testimony, which was presented to the Turkish government. That same summer Mr. Eldessouky went to intern as a summer associate at the law firm of Baker and Mckenzie at their Cairo office where he worked on transnational legal work and Egyptian Civil Law.

Mr. Eldessouky has for the past several years consulted private medical practices regarding health care reform and all related changes in legislations affecting the millions in California who benefit from the Medi-Cal system. Similarly, Mr. Eldessouky carries an array of knowledge concerning the stakeholders and the day-to-day transactions between medical providers, medical plans, IPAS, ACOs, and other related entities.

Since becoming a licensed attorney Mr. Eldessouky has practiced in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Employment Litigation, and Business Entity Formation.

During his spare time Mr. Eldessouky is an avid fisherman, travel enthusiast, and enjoys taking his pet Jindo to the local dog beach.
